Dear Dealer:

The Winnetka Modernism Show is quickly approaching, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Winnetka Community House and to the 20th annual Show.
There are a few items we need to draw to your attention, and we need your response to the Information on the following form

In addition, we want to remind you to send an advertisement for the web page to Josh Bucher at the Winnetka Community House.  The advertisement will appear by your business name on the web, and will be posted at www.winnetkamodernism.com  for the entire year.  We think it is a valuable form of advertising for you, and it is complimentary.  You may send your ad to Josh Bucher at his email address:  joshb@winnetkacommunityhouse.org.  Ads should be 600x400 pixels (or vice versa), full RGB color or black and white, submitted as a jpg, png, or gif, 72 dpi.  Anyone submitting an ad will receive a reply when it is received.  If you do not receive a reply within a day or so of submitting the ad, please call Josh at 847-881-9362.

We are very excited about the 2009 Modernism Show.  You can help us greatly by your timely attention to the Information Form.  You can fill it out online by going to www.winnetkamodernism.com, or you can return the form in the mail to Ellen Moore at the address listed.

Download a copy of the contract: Please print two copies. One is for your files: a signed copy is to be returned to us in the enclosed envelope. The contract and your non-refundable deposit should be sent to us as soon as possible. Booths must be reserved by that deadline to insure your booth location from last year.
